One side of the room didn’t have electricity and the air conditioner didn’t work to good

Not bad for the relatively inexpensive price. Comforter had a cigarette hole burnt into it and some stains(non-smoking unit). Heating/cooling unit would make a loud rattling noise when the AC kicked in. Work space desk area was tiny and cramped (looked like a kids desk). Room and bathroom were clean.
