Very dirty motel, but not very expensive

Run Down Pretty clean, But very much run down. Needs a major overhaul. Would be ok for a construction worker staying a week at a time maybe. Not a good family Motel at all. HAS NO ELEVATOR but there are 3 floors. And the Breakfast bar consisted of Coffee only, granola Bars and some whole fruit.

Relatively cheap. Poor condition This hotel was close to where I needed to be, that was the main selling point. It was relatively cheap as well. I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel. It didn't seem super clean and it smelled of cigarette smoke. I reserved a non-smoking room but my room was still filled with the smell. After about 20 minutes in the room, all my clothes smelled like smoke. Other than that, it was a fine hotel for the price.

Not For A Night This is defiantly an Extended Stay motel and every connotation that goes with that! Not for the faint of heart or the weary traveler.

My View My first review was denied so all I have to say is that the maintenance was bad, the room smelled, bad staff, didn't seem to care. Manager was very nice. Old place, needs updated.
Convenient Location Rates were good and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The location was convenient for us-we were only here for one night. Even with these good points, we wouldn't stay here again. The hotel was smoky smelling, even our nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke. The hall carpets were dirty. The breakfast was disappointing. Just overall disappointing.
Dirtiest, smelliest Hotel This hotel was a very unpleasant stay for our family. The hotel itself was about 20 minutes for the main highway i-75, although it was in a very nice area with plenty of amenities around it. When we arrived I was informed that the hotel was overbooked, however they did have only one room left for us to stay in and anyone else would need to be turned away, as well the lobby tv was playing an adult cartoon which I found extremely inappropriate and offensive, especially since I have a small child.
