Payment options After staying 2 nights and attempting to check out/make payment the hotel would not accept cash as payment. Though employees at the hotel were as helpful as possible my opinion is you should be able to pay as you wish upon check out.

Not what I expected This is the worst Extended Stay I’ve ever booked. It was very outdated, with dark corridors and old metal doors leading to each room. There were NO dishes, utensils, ice bucket, coffeemaker, or even plastic cups in my room! This property would not be accessible for anyone with physical limitations - there are several steep steps that lead to the front door, more steps up to the main floor inside, and a SPIRAL STAIRCASE to get to the next floor - not a ramp or elevator in sight! Low quality place We were very disappointed in this hotel, especially for the price! The room was old and the furnishing were cheap and poorly constructed. There were no dishes or silverware. I do remember when I checked in the staff showed me a picture of items but I didn’t understand there was literally NOTHING in the room. The shower handle came off and we had to adjust using the “peg” inside. I had to run up to the desk to get a hair dryer. Thank goodness I did get the SMALL coffee machine at check in. Sucked Overall it sucked truthfully rooms were dirty and neighbors were loud and dirty needles in the parking lot

Gunk where you don't want gunk. As soon as I opened the hallway to get to my room, I smelled fish cooking (or I thought, that smell was still there next day, so I'm not sure). When I opened the door to my room, I had to double check to make sure it was indeed a non-smoking room, because it had the smell of smoke. I went to the rest room and as I was sitting on the throne and about to grab TP, I noticed the gunk on the TP holder. (You know what people do just before they touch that thing. They do not clean. Was told a king bed, got a full. Sofa bed terrible condition and dirty

1. This property does NOT have an elevator. 2. An EXPEDIA issue rather than the property but there is an additional fee for pets. Expedia lists "pet friendly" but not that there is an additional fee. 3.This is a "no smoking" property but the 1st floor was so smokey my spouse had an asthma / allergy attach. There are "no smoking" signs on all the doors but there is no doubt LOTS of smoking on goes. Perhaps in the employee lounge which is also on that floor.
