Poorly run hotel. We won't be returning. You would expect a hotel advertised as extended stay to have the basics, like cups or a coffee maker. But no. Ice bucket? Nope. Glass for the bathroom? Nope. Blowdryer? Nope. Someone manning the front desk who could get us a glass? It took us 15 min to get a clerk who would give a paper cup. She said, "oh, we just got in the bathroom cups yesterday." SO GROSS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! The non-smoking room had an old musty smoke smell. The bathroom floors were disgusting. The bedding had hair and pubes all intertwined in it. There were giant stains on the carpet. The cloth chairs had nasty looking white stains all over the seats. The windows were barely locked and looked like they could be broken into very easily. Not coming back Despite the friendliness of the staff, this was bare minimum everything. I had one cup, bowl, and plate plus no coffee maker. In the wee hours of the morning, there was domestic violence incident across the hall that went on for about an hour. I debated calling the police. Speaking of police, there were sirens going in the street to excess all night. I won’t be returning to this hotel. I’m sorry I came in the first place.

Clear room, but musty Room on the first floor had a strong musty odor. Woke in the morning with a headache and trouble breathing.

Not the best experience No maid service and that was not indicated on check in. Air conditioner sounded like a tractor. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Arrived after dark-no lit signage by entrance or building. Awkward 6-8 steps up to lobby. “Breakfast included” consisted of coffee, muffins, instant oatmeal or grits, granola bars.Lobby, hallways, and room had musty smell. Mattress felt cheap and broken down. Flat pillows. Air conditioner very loud. Remote sticky.

Better luck next time The toilet wouldn’t flush (fixed then broke again), no coffeemaker, they didn’t make up my room, and the floors creaked so bad above me that I could sleep. Ruined a nice clean, updated, well priced hotel experience close to campus.
