Not the best experience No maid service and that was not indicated on check in. Air conditioner sounded like a tractor. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Arrived after dark-no lit signage by entrance or building. Awkward 6-8 steps up to lobby. “Breakfast included” consisted of coffee, muffins, instant oatmeal or grits, granola bars.Lobby, hallways, and room had musty smell. Mattress felt cheap and broken down. Flat pillows. Air conditioner very loud. Remote sticky.

Better luck next time The toilet wouldn’t flush (fixed then broke again), no coffeemaker, they didn’t make up my room, and the floors creaked so bad above me that I could sleep. Ruined a nice clean, updated, well priced hotel experience close to campus.

Thoroughly disappointed No dishes, no hangers, coffee bar was empty at 9:00 am. Guests were smoking in no smoking rooms, smelled awful. Very disappointed!!!

Terrible stay I had problem after problem after problem. Loud TV 5:30 in the morning in the room next to me the next night people coming in and out of the back door all night. Suspicious looking characters hanging out in the back parking lot.Wrestling match broke out 1:30 in the morning above me another night had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Good service & clean but won’t stay again AC/ Heater was VERY loud - continuously cycling for 2 min on and 1 min off. People in room above us were LOUD (late into night/early morning) both nights we stayed. Our room was at end of hall next to Bldg exit/entrance and people were not considerate (to people in those end rooms) as they used that doorway late at night/early morning.

Bad stay The extended stay was dirty the tub filthy behind the door was months of piled up dirt thenservice awful I stood at front desk 30 mins waiting to check in and then while checking in was agnored whienthey talked about their sickness to someone else there was no coffee or breakfast at 9am said they broke it down at 930am ok so it's 9am this was awful experience

Disappointing The hotel seems to be in a nice location but overall very disappointing. I hate to say it because the staff was very sweet. It was very noisy. There were doors opening and closing all night long and people in the hallway talking. My husband said with it being an extended stay maybe these were people staying there long term but that still doesn't explain people being in and out of their rooms all hours of the night.
