Kitchen a little plus Staff was great. And the use of a kitchen saved money.
That it was right across the Street from my Church (The Well Christian Community Center in Livermore CA). I live in SF and there was a 2-day event that weekend I needed quietness, safety, and the convenience

Clean, comfortable, and convenient Clean and comfortable, though not luxurious (thin, rough towels, rough bedding), a cleaner than usual Extended Stay. We have 2 small dogs ($25 each) and like to have a kitchen as were on a special diet and bring our own food when we travel. It was convenient to an event in downtown Livermore, and while the sound from the 580 was quite loud outside, we didn’t hear it inside. Noisy neighbors with rambunctious kids. We were given a first floor room which would have been fine except they put a very loud family above us. From 9:00pm to 1:30am we got to hear kids wrestling and running. No sleep for us.
