False advertising. I felt that it was false advertising because it offered breakfast, however when I got there they told me that there was No free breakfast, because of the Corona Virus. Well they could gave put that on- line so people could have max a choice to book somewhere else. I need a refund!

Disappointed with Fairfield There was no friendly face greeting guests. There’s were dirty doors and handles, dealing with a pandemic this was very unsettling. To go breakfast was posted on a sign but then there was no breakfast and no one offering. No one to ask how our stay was or for feedback. Might as well have self check in machines if there is no REAL customer service.

as usual its nice ... i want to book again for a couple days depending on the price ..... but id like to switch rooms
