👎wasn't happy with check in we were given a not so great room.

I won't stay again Check in was simple. The room was not so clean. The TV controls did not work as suggrsted bu the TV instructions. There were no dishes, cups, coffee maker in the kitchen.

Really great place to stay for a week + plus Cheryl & Tyler were plain awesome had hiccups 3x with expedia hotel Com Rez but great edicated Chat vsr with expedia, she saved my faith in Hotels.com

So-Good, some are trained well. GM doesnt get back, sent nice thank you but no return reply with later issue. Shes off property must run another. Not On Site, she calls once a day staff noted, must be Pandemic.

Another ESA good stay made better,! Stayed 1 week and 2 add on days due to isolation to c-19, no contact staff including hdkpg, this prop is safer t han a Hotel! Surpisingkey tasteful, no free bkfast snax during pandemic
