Clean, comfortable, and convenient Clean and comfortable, though not luxurious (thin, rough towels, rough bedding), a cleaner than usual Extended Stay. We have 2 small dogs ($25 each) and like to have a kitchen as were on a special diet and bring our own food when we travel. It was convenient to an event in downtown Livermore, and while the sound from the 580 was quite loud outside, we didn’t hear it inside. Well accommodating Well accommodating Room was in good condition the service was great and my stay was nice

Hallway smelled alot like cigarette smoke. Bathtub was not in good condition. Seen small cockroaches the second night there in bathroom and kitchen area.

Noisy neighbors with rambunctious kids. We were given a first floor room which would have been fine except they put a very loud family above us. From 9:00pm to 1:30am we got to hear kids wrestling and running. No sleep for us.
