Nice hotel very nice location. There was one problem. When time to go to bed, we pulled back the covers only to find a dirty sock made up in the bed. It was not ours. The night time staff was not so attentive to the situation. They didn’t even leave message about the incident for the manager. On the positive side another room was offered and a full refund was received.

Weekend getaway The towels had a bad smell. There was hair in the blanket. The bathroom fan was very loud.

Since u asked.... Was over priced for services provided and low occupancy...they could do much much better at establishing repeat/customer loyalty...front desk not very good,booking errors etc.no coffee makers in room or in lobby after 9am...locked me out of room after first nite as they didn't properly input length of stay even though it was secured and paid for by Hotels.com and they were not apologetic and informed me after 11pm check in ifor multiple days can not be dine by night check in clerk....maybe math is a issue??... read more

Very Convenient Great location right next to the freeway and steps from a few restaurants (and a 7/11 that comes through in the clutch). The room is practical and the kitchen is cool as it helps with the leftovers from the restaurants or heating up the pizza bites from 7/11. The advertised breakfast is basically a choice of muffin and coffee but, it's free so... all in all its a comfortable place and at a decent price.

Some good, some bad Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet for a 4 day stay. The public areas however feel neglected and it is a bit of a concern when walking up the stairwells and the entryways. So it is a mixed bag. Any staff that we came in contact with were pleasant. The set-up worked for what we needed.
