it should be bulldozed and a new hotel should replace it. it screams cheapness. it has zero warmth and is not very inviting. I would not go back even if it was free. I made a big mistake staying there.

I was unable to stay at this hotel due to unexpected travel delays caused by inclement weather. I attempted to contact the property multiple times to alert them of my late arrival, but communication was extremely difficult—emails went unanswered and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. Front desk service was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes to even begin the check in process since the employee was nowhere to be found. The employee didn’t even say sorry when he finally came back.

The front desk attendant violated my ADA. It didn’t matter that i made him aware that violating my federal civil rights is punishable by Law… he didn’t care. Company policy apparently supersedes Federal Law…

Upon entering my floot there was a foul order.. As i walkee to my room i observed a room door that looked like it was kicked in the bed was just short of an over sized cot that was very noisy the bed frame wasnt even attached to anything.. I mean the bed was literally moving. This was literally the worst hotel experience ive ever had

Stay was good until last day. We were trying to get ready to check out and the water was cut off in our room with no notice from staff. We had to find a room elsewhere to shower and get ready for our flight back home. We were charged a $100 deposit and we received a lesser amount returned despite no issues left in room and having absolutely no water our last day. However, the lady who checked us in was amazing and even checked that we got settled in ok before the end of her shift.
