The room seemed clean until I found roaches in the room

Terrible service. System down at all hours and couldn’t check us in so we were stranded.

This play have full residency entire families live on property for extended periods

They couldn’t accommodate me after paying for the hotel upfront still waiting for my money back. That place is terrible. Do not go there. There is plenty of other places on Long Island that are way better than that place
