I was given a room that wasn't cleaned. The bed was made, everything looked up to par until I went in the bathroom. The bathroom was a disaster with feces inside of the toilet

Charged me a smoking fee even though I didn't smoke talking about there's no way to determine how the room was used... So essentially you charged it because you wanted to... Shame on them taking advantage of a family there for grieving

Pour for the price. It has nothing in the room. I asked for a coffee maker and it was broken. We had to change room as the air conditioner/heater was not working
