Stay was good until last day. We were trying to get ready to check out and the water was cut off in our room with no notice from staff. We had to find a room elsewhere to shower and get ready for our flight back home. We were charged a $100 deposit and we received a lesser amount returned despite no issues left in room and having absolutely no water our last day. However, the lady who checked us in was amazing and even checked that we got settled in ok before the end of her shift.

Bathtub was dirty

The staff was very inconsiderate. When I needed towels or anything I was told that I needed to come down and bring them to them. I was refused room service because my stay was shorter than 2 weeks so I was forced to stay in a dirty room.

The advert says "breakfast" but in reality it's just a small muffin and a coffee, don't be fooled.

I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A REFUND. THE PLACE WAS SO DIRTY THAT ROACHES WERE ALL OVER THE KITCHEN, AND THE BATHROOM. THE BATHTUB WAS CLOGGED AND FILLED WITH WATER.
