Not recommended We found the hotel to be rather shabby with dirty carpeting in the hallways. The breakfast items were always gone before 6:30 or 7 am and were not replenished. Comfort of the room was very minimal.

Nice staff, filthy hotel. This hotel was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The carpets throughout the corridors were filthy. It smelled like they sprayed a room freshener on them, but the stains were more than evident. The room was clean, however the first thing you see when you walk into the bathroom is a giant plunger covered in plastic. Doesn't give you a good feeling about using the toilet. Just as Advertised The hotel was as advertised. The advertisement made it seem "more." We lost hot water for four hours. I called to say that I would be a late check in and was told their is someone here "24 hours." When I got in at 3:00AM I could not rouse anyone until I and another late check in manged to slip the lock and get the door open. old hotel, clean but old Stayed here in the past, hotel as gone downhill. Old carpet, old furnishings, clean but not in the best condition. Would stay acroos the street at other hotels first. Price was good.

Terrible Stay Very poorly managed hotel. Front desk doesn't even pick up the call. AT&T based iphone had pathetic receiption. Warm water comes at will. Demotivated empliyee and stinking floor.

The room was dirty. Garbage in the garbage can. A cup and fork under the bed. No soap in the room. The hall way smelt like marijuana.

Extended Stay-Arcadia This was the worst time I ever had at a hotel. First the satelite went out for over 2 hours and the TV was so old it didn't have any connection to hook up a DVD player or anything.

Needs repair and cleaning The best thing about Extended Stay America was the location. The toliet, the sink, and tub had mold. The refrigarator and bed made so much noise it was hard to sleep. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by one small wire. We paid for internet service that worked only a couple of minutes the entire week. Location is not everything!
