Room was stale and smelly. Utensil was asked twice and still didn't deliver. The room door was left open by staff and bed wasn't made when I returned to my room later in the day. Took more than 10min to find someone and calls were not answered. They attempted to double charge me upon check out when I actually prepaid the room already. Room was noisy overnight because of heavy traffic outside. Do not stay in this hotel even if it's free.

The only good thing was that the hotel gave me a refund and did not charge me for 1 night stay. The hotel was not very clean. Pipe from wall to shower leaked and they just wrapped a wash cloth around it. Window right by freeway, could not sleep because of noise. Then it took a few calls to get a refund from Expedia. Did not like my experience at all. Went to a Motel 6 that was very clean and quiet.

Good for pets The exterior looks good in photos. The lobby is tight. The hallway lightings are dim and dark. The interior areas (rooms, hallways, stairways, elevator) have the unfresh smell, perhaps due to pets and insufficient fresh air in circulation. The hotel ESA website does not let you select non-pet rooms. The Expedia.com reservation page does not show this hotel allows pets in all rooms.

Sucks The service was very disorganized. They did not have enough staff on board. The front desk had to help clean rooms to catch up on things. They had rooms that were showing on The computer that were clean and turns out when they would assign those rooms they were dirty, this happen to my family members and friends that were staying there too and othe customers too because when they were complaining they overheard other customers with the same problem at the front desk.
