NIce Hotel for Guest with Dogs and Smokers I frequently stayed in this hotel, for good service, cleanliness, great accomodation wtih kitchen facilities, and covenience to local eateries and freeway access. However, the last stay was not pleasant at all for the following resons: 1) The non-smoking room smelled like previous guess smoke like there was no tomorow 2). Extended Stay-Away! This hotel is horrible. I only picked this hotel for the kitchen which was also not as expected. The fridge barely worked and is very loud wnen its turned on. The sheets were clearly not changed from the previous guests as I found hair and a used tissue in them!! The comforter smelled gross and had a stickey feel to it. The towels were paper thin and I was told that I couldn't be given any extra towels that I'd have to wait until the next morning. Stay away The hotel is filthy. I have now stayed here for 3 days and the stains on the elevator floor have not been mopped. Black stains. Footprints. Hotel carpet is dirty. Dishes in the room are all dirty. Sheets and towels and bathroom dirty. They don't vacuum and there are things in the hallway falling apart. The front desk is not helpful and made a mistake with our credit card which they blamed on us, and as of this morning they don't have any change for the laundry room... they "might" have some this afternoon, though. ... read more

Extended Stay Bad experience. Would never stay here again. Screwed up our room and I had to stay in a separate room from my 2 sons. Only clean the rooms once a week and they charge extra for soap and shampoo. Nice location though.

Family Holiday Stay at Extended Stay America Arcadia Stayed for a week with family with teenager. The reception service was good. Staff was polite and helpful. Check in was smooth. However the room fixture was rather old and need a makeover. Room carpet was rather worn out. The kitchenette and refrigerator was functional but the ktchen accesories provided example plates, drinking plastic glasses should be replaced.
