Marijuana dirty bad management. Dangerous atmoshpere Marijuana smell everywhere Booked room paid but find out I had no room My room not clean can’t get fresh towels. Food all in hallways and dirty. Counters dirty. Staff does not know what is going on from one shift to the other. Charged my card to find I have no room. Need more professional staff.

Extended Stay America in Acadia No hangers in closet. No WIFi. Poor WIFI if any, I might as well not use it! Dripping hot water in bathtub after turning off knob. Heavy smell of curry

Disaster - chaos! There was no reservation when we got there after 24 hours travelling!!

Unsafe, Should Be Avoided I left a day early because I felt so unsafe. I've stayed multiple times at a hotel nearby, so I know the neighborhood, but this property had several issues. The rooms have kitchens; however, theft is such a problem that nothing is provided. You have to request items be delivered to your room. The windows in my room could be opened from the outside, and the window locks were broken (I was on the first floor). At 4am on someone tried to open my door, and was so violent that they actually broke the doo... read more

Don't go here Stayed 6 nights, room service didn't come once. Had to keep getting new towels/shampoo. Breakfast is muffins, granola bars or oatmeal, not fun for vacation. Coffee is always empty. Room key locked us out 3 times. Saw a basketball hoop and got excited, but of course they had no ball. (Who brings a bball on vaca...) tv channels are meh. So wish I would have stayed somewhere else, really disappointed in this stay. Housekeeping finally just knocked on the door a half hour before we check out. Great timing..

Not customer friendly. Unable to get repairs or cleaning done on a timely basis. Stayed 4 weeks only got room cleaned once. Supposed to be weekly. Only continued to stay as was close to City of Hope hospital. Transients parking in the Hotel parking lot. Lots of police activity there and near by streets.

You need to fire the nigh time rep I was double booked by Expedia and was turned down by a very rude african american guy at the front desk. He refused to give me his name, and was very rude to me in front of another customer. We were both waiting while he talked on the phone, and did not offer an apology, or another accommodation. Amazing that you have a person like this in the hospitality business. I did leave and found another room down the street at the Marriott where I was greeted with empathy and a smile.

Not like other Extended Stay hotels Normally we like staying at Extended Stay hotels everywhere we go, for their cozy rooms and very comfortable beds. This particular hotel has disappointed us. Beds were uncomfortable, again, not like other hotels from the chain. Room was not comfortable at all. We should have booked Extended Stay Monrovia, which is literally one block away. We had stayed there before and were very pleased.

Old hotel The location was perfect and it was kind of comfortable. But, the rooms are kinda old and not kept up so well. They also were replacing toilets on my floor while I was there which meant that I couldn't work from my room like I planned. Breakfast is grab and go crap. Why can't they at least do a continental ? Will never stay here again and with all the surrounding choices in the area it's not a problem.
