Great hotel staff! The hotel staff was wonderful! Dennis and the guy with the ponytail were very helpful. When we initially checked in and went to our room, the room had a pungent food smell. We went back down to inform the front desk and they apologized and quickly found us a different room. And they even checked in on us later in the evening to make sure we were happy with the room. I was very happy with their customer service!

Affordable and clean It was a pretty decent hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly and although I didn’t ask for anything they assured me that all my needs would have been met if I did need anything. For the price it was definitely worth it.

Extended Stay Arcadia The location was great for our visit and the room was nice. For the cost, I think it should offer better than a "grab and go" breakfast. The kitchen was wonderful but no utensils -- told at check out we should ask for any items and they would have brought up. Overall, nice hotel.

extended stay hotel by California foothills. My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for about 3 weeks till we could move into our apt in Pasadena & we have a pet, so our options were limited, but we discovered that Extended Stay is pet friendly & offers basically a studio apt. Hotel was close to Santa Anita Racetrack This hotel meet our needs and staff was very helpful. Bad point room and bathroom was old furnishings which made it feel unclean. Rug and shower really needs to be replaced. I expected hair dryer in room but had to ask front desk. NO coffee maker in room but lobby had pot in AM. Appliances in room fine but nothing to use to cook or eat off of. No ice machine to use but could get cup from front desk.

Santa Anita Derby Awesome location and we were very happy with out stay. We were close to everything that we did. Hotel staff was very very nice and helpful.
