Starting to show wear Badly stained carpet, poor maintenance in bathroom. Not worth the money because there were five other hotels (Marriott or Hilton) on the same block for $5 more.

The hotel staff always had a smile on there face and was very helpful when we asked for help. The room was very nice and clean. It was quiet at night so that we could sleep. We really enjoyed our stay, while visiting family. Would highly recommend staying here. Will stay again myself.

Nice place for long term stays Just remember this hotel is meant for long term stays. You will not get linen service daily. You need to exchange your own towels and ask for hotel shampoo, etc. This is in the rules before you make your reservation. If I am in the area again, I will definitely look to stay here again.

Extended Stay-Arcadia Overall, I had a nice stay. The staff was friendly. It took longer than I would have liked to check in, but that was only because a new employee was being trained. The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit worn and could use replacing. The bed was a bit hard as well.

Extended Stay America-Arcadia Fun and Comfortable From check-in to check-out I feel as if my needs were the staff's concern. I appreciated that though I was in a smoking room, it smelled wonderful when we entered our room. We had a comfortable stay. If we are in the area again, we will very likely stay again.
