The room had a very strong chemical smell coming from the sink drain in bathroom and shower. They did not have stoppers in either sink in order to block the fumes. Made my eyes water and itch.

The place is incredibly noisy, is like sleeping on a mattress on the side of the freeway, I asked to be moved to another room and offer to pay a second time but my request was denied, there was also a hole on the wall between the toilet and the shower, very suspicious area to have an exposed hole.

The property is Santa Clara St. Furniture scratched drawers unusable, tears in recliner,bathtub unscrubbed. Singles unit. Illegal migrant or low income housing feel. Staff chattered loudly in Spanish. Barking dog in room across me. Bed was nice and comfortable. Too many Christmas decorations. Not tasteful display.
