Get a room away from trash room Animal poop smell was overwhelming. Bed mattress was hard. Management was very professional and helpful.

Great Experience in Burbank! We stayed for a family get-together and we had our service dog with us! This was a very accommodating and comfortable place to stay as a family! It is conveniently located in Burbank and met our needs!
Lovely Stay! Michael at the front desk was beyond amazing! So was the the girl at night, didn’t catch her name, all the front desk people I encountered were wonderful and made my stay the BEST! The bed was very comfortable. They gave me a top floor as requested. Plenty of room to work with a desk and eating area. Great location next to Target and Staples for business needs. Great restaurants nearby. I will be BACK!!

You get what you paid for I’m new to the extended stay experience and honestly booked it thinking I was booking at the hotel in front. The employees are all great and the room was clean but they can’t do much about the people certain things out of their control. The beds are too small didn’t even few like a full size bed, we saw a man going to the bathroom outside as we parked one night. It’s just not what we are used to and won’t be staying there or any extended again.

When we first arrived the lady at the front desk was not friendly. We head up to our room 205 and there is no water whatsoever. We go back down the lady says about 30 minutes the water will be back on. After 1.5 hours the water is finally on. Once the water was bad on took about 3 or 4 hours for the hot water to heat up. The bed was hard and there is no duvet on the bed so I was cold. I would bring an extra blanket. The shower head is awful. You cannot change the setting to get more water pressure.
