I reserved a room for a king bed but got a queen instead. Overall everything went well.
Front desk girl was amazing When we arrived I was happy to see that the hotel was walking distance to the shopping center. As we walk to the front desk the girl behind the counter greeted us with a huge smile. So nice the whole time, she even gave my son a tiny toy car and a dinosaur for him to play with. It was nice be sure to bring any additional things such as shampoo conditioner all your toiletries none are supplied. Breakfast consists of oatmeal packets and hot water. Does have a coffee station which was nice. It was worth the price and better than expected for the amount I spent.
Amazing staff - basic room the property is old and in need of a refresh, but clean and safe. had to get coffee maker and cups from the front desk. bed was old and worn out. staff was awesome.

Meh. Meh. The price seems high for this place. You can hear conversations and TVs through the walls, floors, and hallways. Pretty basic design and not very inviting. I woke up every time the AC turned on. The only reason to stay here is if you want a big fridge and a little stove.

5 min ride from Burbank airport. Quiet , and near a shopping mall that has a little of everything.

What to say...we took this stay in stride. Check in was a snap, security was often moving through the parking lots, which was much appreciated. That's where the positives dissapate. Luckily there was a sign at the desk that instructed to call front desk if we needed dishes, cutlery and appliances ie coffee maker. No problem! We called and asked for those items. The hotel is sadly understaffed and I feel for the employees dealing with the impact...i believe they were trying their best to manage in a very challenging situation... read more
