Terrible. Will not come back to this hotel again. I did not like that there was no shampoo in the room and you had to ask the front desk for it. I did not like that by the time I got downstairs for their complementary breakfast in the morning, there was no food left. Also, I did not like that there was no hot water in the shower.

The staff was ok. But the property itself was very very poor. Me and my fiancé were visiting from NorCal for her birthday. The beds were very thin, the other rooms were very very noisy throughout the night (one person called the cops!), and there was roaches spotted in varies area of the hotel. I can honestly say that I will never return back to this hotel. Definitely would want a refund for this horrible experience.

Extended Stay Burbank, CA The hotel has a stagnant mikdew smell in the hallways. We stayed in rooms 402 and 404. 404 was fine although we were only provided 2 towels for 4 people. 402 smelled like cat urine and we tried use an air freshener thay we went to buy from the Target within walking distance. The air freshener did not help and the covering individual at the front desk just said there were no other rooms available. Dirty and smelly The room was dirty and it smelled. Elevator was broken and my husband and I have back issues and knee problems. We had to take our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.
