Overall service was bad, in lobby no one present until 10-15 mins of arrival,asked for kitchen package which is offered free but never get even though reminded twice they told we are working will deliver.

Oh my goodness. The pictures are deceiving - sheets are ripped, the entire place was DIRTY, random repairs are half completed. It's been three days and I still feel awful for having my kids spend the night there - it was a late check in and there was no where else I could go. I did not let them shower there. I am happy to share pictures. Also - 'grab and go breakfast' consists of a nutrigrain bar and coffee. I seriously have no words, it was awful.

Room was dirty, it had left over clothing and debri under the bed. Very bad smell, dirty carpets. The bed had bugs- roaches.
