Not even five minutes within checking into the room there were roaches walking around in the light. There were also roaches in the hallway, in the light. When I asked to move to another room, she showed me another room that didn’t have a working toilet. She offered me a plunger, but no maintenance crew. Then she asked me if I want to go back to the room with the roaches. They also ran out of toilet paper, and when we went up front to ask for more toilet paper, she said they were out. Walked in this place only to be greeted by roaches! Notified front desk she asked me “ what do you want me to do?” I asked her to call her manager who said he could give me a discount.. hole in the bedroom wall…. Carpet filthy! Ok just move my room it’s late we are tired! Opened the new door more roaches!!! No toilet paper I was told they were out! Please do not book here!! You’d have better luck sleeping outside

Unhappy Business Stay The room had an order to it close to something mildew or in that family from the carpet to the drapes. I brought Lysol to make me feel a home in the room. But the smell was there for 10+hours before it left. The shower had a connection leak that I had to drap a face towel over to stop it from flooding the floor per use. I made the most of the stay that I could. But the last 20 hours was the deal breaker. Other guest were having issues with their room and were arguing and fighting in their rooms on the 1... read more

Unfortunately this hotel has been converted. In my opinion I observed what seemed occupants were displaced individuals. And maybe government funded habitation. Therefore I considered my experience as not being at a true hotel. The transformation from my last experience was substantial. The interior was dated, and not maintained. Room amenities were non existent, from towels to no shampoo or even coffee maker. I already committed to stay, and moving to new hotel at last min was not on my agenda.
