We stayed here for the “free on-the-go breakfast” but they only offered coffee.

Refunded Immediately I stayed for 5 minutes before requesting a refund. The bathtub had visible rings around it, the kitchen area had splatter of sauce on the walls, bathroom outlets didn't work. The customer service was good and I was promptly refunded.

Very disappointed Was very disappointed with the overall quality of this place. A year ago was much better. Now it looks very poor. Graffiti in the elevator. Beds were not made up when first arrived. No snack in the morning as they claim.

The room was dirty and the property itself is dated and worn down. The elevator is a death trap waiting to happen. Drops about 6” when you step into it and shakes terribly during descent. No towels or soaps in the room on arrival. They do not actually have breakfast. Instead there is a coffee carafe in the lobby. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room.
