Poor Service We were waiting for more than 1 hour to check in due to system issue and front office staff didn’t bother to give proper response. I was waiting with senior citizen (above 80 years) outside the cold weather. We booked another hotel due to poor service.

The hotel is in a decent area, but other than that, I can’t recommend this hotel. First time I stayed here, it was decently clean and well maintained, but it has gone downhill. The room I stayed in was on the second floor, the carpets were all stained and the halls had a weird smell. The room itself was out dated and pretty worn out. One of the pillow cases looked like it was dirty, the carpet was sticky and dirty, and the shower was having a hard time draining. Staff was friendly. Morning breakfast was not inviting. Room was clean but could have been better. Floor tile was dirty and not swept.

The front desk staff were cold and seems not willing to help. I arrived around 1:30pm and the lady just said no room available for early check in without even looking at the computer. She said as soon as there is a room available she would call me. Never received the call. Next day I went to the lobby for breakfast, there was only coffee and some snack bar. That's it. The rating for this property did not meet expectations. The property was run down. Our room had dirt on the kitchen floor and the rug had numerous spots. This property needs a lot of TLC The bathroom was clean and the towels were clean and nice.
