We expended 3 nights and not a single day the room was clean or provided clean towels. Really bad experience for my family.

What a shame My family and I stayed for 2 nights. We had traveled 4 hours for a soccer tournament. Extended Stay has certainly downgraded from what I remember. The carpet was stained, smelly, the rooms weren't clean, the whole experience was a disappointment. I hope corporate reads and more importantly take action for the lack of cleanliness. This Hotel needs a lot of help. Seems like the investors don't care/ Would rather get a fat paycheck than invest in the clients that matter.

Be sure you have your own pillows here. Not sure they were even pillows on the beds. Seemed like a towel in a pillow case. Beds need to be replaced extremely uncomfortable. Requiring an ID for both adults for safety purposes definitely didnt make me feel safe nor did the broke down truck that was obviously being lived in.
