The around this hotel 🏨 property is clean but the frond desk customers service attitude is NOt that good,he doesn't know how answer customers question

I reserved the room base on photos and my personal needs, I only needed to spend the night and eat breakfast in the morning. I was in panic mode as I walk the hall on the third floor, the carpet was nasty, the smell was very bad and I was considering loosing my money and go elsewhere, fortunately when I entered the room, it wasn’t bad, the room itself was clean but the smell on the bathroom was bad as if it was getting a source of air from outside. The room was not clean the floor feels sticky, and the carpet feels wet.

Would not go back The sheets has stains and the pillows too. The room smell funny. The floor was completely dirty I was barefoot and my feet’s was dirty. And then there was bugs everywhere. There was ants and other bugs.

So so Not clean, elevator not working, ants, out door not locked, no hot breakfas, no lobby. Nice staff, friendly, safe area, laundry room neat and easy to use.

Attack of the ants The hotel is infested with ants. We stayed on the third floor and the ants were everywhere not just in the kitchen area all over the floor you walked on the ants!! They said they provided coffee and muffins in the morning. went downstairs to grab coffee that first morning the pot was empty and there was no muffins. Left to the store and purchased coffee and donuts. The ants had a feast.

It advertises continental breakfast, there really isn’t one. It’s just coffee, granola bars, and muffins. Room dirty and a ton of ants on the bathroom on our 2nd day. Location is great.
