Front desk staff member Jessica/Jazmin showed a complete lack of initiative and professionalism. Before arriving, I confirmed that my U.S. Certificate of Citizenship would be accepted as ID since I’m already in the system as a loyal customer. Did not want to provide refund when I no longer wanted to stay the entry night . Did not allow me to stay the extra night either even when I paid for it !

Worst hotel experience ever! They need a completely new staff!!! (After 3 previous nights of staying at the location) I was informed that the current chime card I was using as per hotel rules to keep a card on file. I try to extend my stay at the hotel for a 4th day and the manager informed me that my chime card is no good for a hold and that the staff should of informed me of this information.
