Disappointingly Incomplete "Kitchenette" - Spartan Stay I recently stayed at this hotel specifically because the "kitchenette" feature was important for my needs. Unfortunately, my stay was a significant letdown. The most frustrating aspect was the so-called kitchenette. While it included a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave, it was completely devoid of any utensils. There were no pots, pans, plates, cups, or cutlery. Great staff however the countertop was falling apart and the faucet in the bathroom was leaking

Property was filthy dirty. Damaged wall, furniture, carpet etc. I noticed the bathroom tub with pieces of soap and black ashes of smoke. Sink was dirty. No space in lobby to sit around or hang out. Front desk is always unattended. Laundry room for staff is right next to front desk and you can hear and feel the heat and smells dirty clothes. Staff are not friendly at all. Entry to the property is very tight.
