I like it here but due to them not paying attention to my reservation i had to suffer i don't appreciate
When we checked in the staff on duty was helpful, but the following day we asked if we can change or transfer to different room but they said no available and when we told them about shower faucet was loose. They said that they will fix it but nobody came. And also nobody clean the room, nobody pick up the trash and even the used towels. We stayed for 7 days but the room still the same. I was so disappointed to choose that hotel.
They had roaches room was dirty , not organized very poor service
This place has some of the wiredest crowd I've ever seen. It feels a bit unsafe around to walk around the area.
Very old carpet. Bathroom with exhaust. Garbage bins are full everywhere.
Costumer service not good at all. Room was dirty, noisy and floor full of hairs. I will not recommend this hotel for family trips. More that anything good for a work trip specifically if you work in construction!!
Never again! We stayed in a double den room. One of the beds had a huge dip on the mattress making it super uncomfortable. The floors were clearly dirty. The tub had rust and was clearly old. We asked for extra pillows and towels that never arrived. When I went to the front office to ask a question the woman there seemed bothered. I would not stay here again.
Front desk guy Evan was awesome. The room on the other hand was horrible, dirty property, out dated and damaged. Was not a good choice.
