Overall good except one thing It was a good clean hotel, my only complaint is I booked a room with a queen bed and got 2 smaller beds instead of 1

Great Stay Checked in and get to my room to find out it was only 1 bed when I opted for 2 beds. Back down to the front desk and they apologize but they over-booked. He tries to offer 10%. I do not accept. He offers to leave message for daytime manager to extend more of discount. Next morning, different front desk person tries to refund total amount but he is not authorized. Stay went smooth, happy with choice. Didn't catch the name of the guy that checked us in but he was quick in getting us checked in, and super helpful. It was around 10 pm on Saturday Oct 2nd.
