We had an issue with next door cuz of music but they took care of it an they refunded for that night an kicked out the problem an my following night it was awesome good service an honestly I recommend this property because they took care of me. Tori weekend manager helped a took care of it . She was nice a very professional a she said that music an any noise is unacceptable on the property especially on quiet hours. Excellent Work You need more of Tori . Rebeca needs classes on being professional
I guess the room was ok but the area is unsafe. Too much loitering inside and outside the property. They need more security. I thought I was going to be mugged when I got there when a deaf man with a hood pulled over his head came rushing towards me to ask for jumper cables. Scared the hell out of me.
