My booking record shows my total price for the room include tax($17) but hotel charge $17 more tax on top of it. I show my booking record to them, they just simply reply, THEIR record show the charge is without tax. Therefore, they have to add $17 tax on top of it. It is not hotel probkem, and simply push all problem to customer, and do NOT offer any help. I book three hotels this trip, and this is the only hotel charge me extra tax from my booking price.

Bloody pillow, trash in the can, soap scum on the sink, old soap and dirty wet hand towels by the sink. The room was gross.

My credit card was stolen. The only time it would have been available was when I took my drivers license out and handed it to the clerk, who carries it (and my cc) to the back room for a bit. Hmmmm....

Not a 4.6, I would not stay here again Arrived later in the evening, chose hotel based on a 4.6 rating and close proximity to Univeral. With the kitchen in the room, it smelled like a chinese restaurant kitchen. Decor was very outdated and in poor condition, cabinets with chips out of the formica. Not sure how safe the area is, but we heard screaming from the parking lot, at 3 am someone was in the parking lot honking their horn numerous times. Smelly pillows & bed. Wanted to move out after the 1st night but i already prepaid Expedia for 3 nights. Bed & pillows were smelly.

Stay away Messy room. (Food particles on counter), dirty toilet and shower. Front desk was a disaster

Hotel in Glendale Somewhat disappointing. Bed very stiff, starchy sheets, flat pillow. Very basic but modern. Scuff marks and wear and tear showing on walls, hotel corridors, stairs and elevators. Not very impressive for hotels these days. Coffee quickly put away after 9:30am, god forbid you want a cup of coffee at 9:31. Cleaning crew only shows up once a week, we stayed for 2 nights and room could have been made up but never was. Good middle eastern type bakery/cafe next to hotel offers coffee and pastries. Inadequate internet The ‘normal’ internet connection was slower than the old dial up. I was willing to upgrade at additional cost but I could not access the enhanced version. Very disappointing.

This hotel was so run down I was so embarrassed when I checked in this hotel I brought some family members along & the place was nothing like the pictures showed, my room had no working outlets a lamp was broken Wi-Fi never worked stains on walls the shower wouldn't drain & breakfast was a few granola bars & instant coffee I thought it was a joke. The staff was so rude I wanted to run out of there but everywhere else was booked. So so disappointed wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
