Not recommended for families at all For the price that they charge: the room is very old, night stands were missing, awful breakfast (just coffee and cakes), homeless people come, wonder around and sleep in the parking lot at nights, no security personnel. Overall, i do not recommend for families.

Never again! Front desk receptionist was hard to understand. Hotel would not accept cash for payment for the room. Who doesn’t accept cash? Put that on your website. So I had to cancel my plans immediately.

not happy when we arrived at 5 in the afternoon we tried to get rooms next to our friends we were told the place wad full and that was not possible. Our friends room was not ready so they were moved. Our room was supposed to be non smoking and it reeked of smoke. so they changed our room and put us next to our friends. did not appreciate being lied too. Checkout could not give us a receipt because we "booked through expedia" we booked through hotels.com. Still made no sense we could not get a receipt for our stay.

After prepaying for a week at the hotel. My family and I get to the hotel to find out they gave away our room, they were overbooked. We traveled 10 hours to get to this hotel, we did everything on our end to make sure our hotel was confirmed. We bought insurance, called 4 hours before arrival to make sure we still a room (since we were going to be late) and we were reassured from their front desk we had a room when we get to the hotel. Trying to check in and the front desk person was not there. had to wait 1/2 hour for them to come back. Elevator didn't work 90% of the time.

Uncomfortable stay no plates or utensils available, unless you ask. There were 4 people in room where we stayed and there were only 2 towels available, which you still have to ask if you need more...... and wait for them to bring up, which took them a long time. The bed sheets were itchy and the bed was hard. The AC worked but not well enough to keep the room cool and comfortable. Front Desk do not answer phone right away. Not comfortable I would rather go to a motel that do daily room cleaning.
