Smelled like cigarrets in the room, had to switch us. Bathtub was dirty

Hi, I had to change rooms bc the first room smelled really bad like someone had just smoked pot. The key in the next room I was given, didn't work and I was going back and forth between the office to reprogram the key. After the third attempt, I finally got a more comfortable room unfortunately the TV didn't work, and the shower didn't work very well. I have stayed at this hotel for years. but this time I was so disappointed that I don't feel like staying at the Extended Stay Hotel any more.

The floors were filthy, blankets and sheets were dirty, there was hair in the shower tub. The front desk staff was unfriendly. I will never stay at the hotel again

The room wasn’t clean and had red spot on the sheets and you could see the stains. Some of the electrical outlets also did not work. The staff was very nice though.

Customer service is great. Cleanliness is seriously lacking. Plan on having dirty feet the whole time, or ruining multiple pair of socks. Floors in rooms are rarely cleaned. Expect bugs everywhere.

Paid parking……really?!?! They charge for parking now. This Extended stay America is a super budget, no frills, airport hotel. You stay at a place like this to reduce cost…..not pay for extras like outdoor parking with no security. Might as well just pay the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel, closer to the airport.
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms had mold and a terrible smell, and the the kitchen, night stand did not look clean at all. The microwave OMG is completely old and dirty. The hallways and common areas were just as filthy, making the entire place feel unsafe and unsanitary. For the price they charge, it’s shocking to see such poor conditions. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't understand why the city allows them to continue working for the public.
I never received my refund for this room extended stay was not clean there was a roach in the room the service was great at the front desk but I was not happy with the room and the cleanliness of it could you please make for sure that I received my refund for this room because I've looked in my account and I have not yet to see it and it has been well past days and that was about $140
