Immediately upon entering the room, I saw what appeared to be a bug near the bed. Looking closer it was a bed bug. There was also one under the chair near the kitchen. My boyfriend and I immediately left the room and went to the front desk. Because we had an event to go to within the hour they gave us another room. We left most of our stuff in car and rest in the tub

Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere The room was absolutely horrendous. We had booked a two double bed room and was given a 1 king room. I called the front desk and they let me know people chose to extend their stay in their rooms so I wouldn’t have two double beds and I needed to let the hotel know ASAP if I was going to choose to stay somewhere else so they can use my room for others and also not to touch anything in the room if I wasn’t pleased with it. This hotel has a lot of potential, but unfortunately needs a major deep clean! There was visible dirt and the floors left my bare feet dirty. I ended up cleaning the floors myself. The bed was super firm, and the pillows left much to desire. This extended stay was ok for the 4 nights I needed it.

DO not stay here! This place was awful. If we had not been between flights at LAX we would have left. The hotel is close to the airport, a bonus. The young woman at the desk was pleasant. Our first room REEKED OF SMOKING. no-one could have cleaned it and not noticed. We asked for a second room which smelled weird but not smoky. There was not even a glass in the room, nor a coffee pot - a sign said that residents had to request anything for the kitchen. Under the kitchen counter was an OVERFLOWING trash bin. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room smelled horribly of smoke - transferred to another room - toilet did not flush - TV did not work - so - back to smoky room. Smell so bad that all items in my suitcase smelled like smoke after the stay. We had contracted with the property to leave our car for a fee during a 10 trip. We were notified that the car would have to be moved for 2 days during our absence due to parking lot re-surfacing or it would be towed. Checking in took for ever becoz front desk lady was on FaceTime with significant other, Room smell like food, the whole room also had strong smell like weed, no parking available, towels full of hair, really disgusting the whole experience

The housekeeping staff knocked on the door 2 hours prior to check out waking us out of our sleep asking if we were extending. Then returned at check out time and just entered the room without knocking and apologized. Will never book here again.
