Cops and firemen I arrived late in the evening. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Once in my room, i notice there was red paint, or ink on several spots on the rug otherwise, it was clean. The following day, i was in a zoom meeting and the fire alarm went off. I carried the front desk and they assured me there was no fire, and it was accidentally pulled. Homeless camp hotel should be it's name. Police presence searching rooms for someone. I had to beg for towels, they canceled my daughter's reservation when she arrived at 11pm and she had to bunk with me and my husband. I wouldn't stay here ever again. Daytime staff seem defeated by their employer. I won't ever trust a extended stay again . If they allow this in one of the safest communities in the nation. El Segundo should close them down.

Bad Not clean, not nice. Awful breakfast, staff did not bother to clean the breakfast table (very small table). Terrible coffee (50% of the overall "breakfast"), the rest, a horrible "Nutri-bar".

Terrible experience My stay at this hotel was far from good. The room had a strong smell of marijuana, and the first night was terrible. The next day, I had commitments outside the hotel, and when I returned, it seemed like 20 people had smoked inside the room. I went to the reception and requested a new room, explaining the reason. Poor Stay Front desk officials helped to take heavy luggage to upstairs. Thats really appreciable. However room cleanliness was not good. Stains in carpet. Bathtub old having crack. Entering room having bad smell. Its not at all to the mark with other extended stay. Breakfast is just muffin. Not full breakfast that we used to have in extended stay. Overall experience is poor.

I have booked two queen beds room but without inform they change to two room with single bed , in mid night they asked look for other option I was travelling with kids , even room are dirty and bad smell coming , utensils are not place. By chance if you get half of them are missing.they don’t have air fresher and bed sheets are dirty, no body care about if you complain it
