When I got there and showed them my pre-paid reservation, they told me all of the rooms had been filled. I asked for my refund and was told someone would call me, it never happened. I should have been notified that they had given my room to someone else. This would have saved me the hour-long drive of coming to the Hotel, only to find out that I needed find another Hotel available.

Extended Stay America El Segundo is the most disgusting and unsuitable location I've ever seen. My mother and I needed to stay in a hotel for two weeks because we were moving and our house won't be ready for two weeks. We originally booked a reservation at another hotel through Expedia but on the way to check in, they informed us that they did not have a room with a kitchen as what was listed on their site and in our confirmation.
