Smelly, outdated , no internet, very unhelpful staff . Missleading when it comes to breakfast and charge for parking.

Bad service There was no hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. No housekeeping. I called for someone to fix a leak in the toilet. The staff came to fix it and left a wet towel outside my room as I was gone for the day. They advertise Continental breakfast but it was just couple of cold cereals on a tray for the entire hotel.

Do not stay here! The rooms at this hotel are disgusting. Even though they are supposed to be non smoking rooms, every thing in the room smelled like smoke. The carpets, drapes, bedding all smell like smoke. People are outside smoking all day and night. The hotel staff was nice but that was the only thing good about it. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless you are a smoker. And they don't tell you about the $33 A NIGHT parking fee until you check in.

Terrible!!! Worst hotel experience ever there is a $15 fee for parking that is not disclosed. The rooms are dirty the facility is dirty it's in a bad location. toilet did not flush TV did not work when I called to ask them for help they said they'd be back to me and never did.

Fuc extended stay Worst experience ever. Will never recommended to anyone. I will make sure to tell everyone I know families, friends, coworkers, online, vlog, etc about my experience with hotels.com and extended stay.

Roach Infested The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable but the room had sooooo many roaches. I have never experienced a hotel stay such as the Extended Stay America. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Shame on you and I deserve a Refund

The room smelled like cigarettes in none smoking room and it hair from someone shaving on the towels.
