They now charge $15 a day for parking i won't be staying here again

Inattentive staff; Poor customer service Don't stay here. The staff will not go out of their way to help you. First, despite being advertised as having Free Parking on Trip Advisor, there is a $15 charge per night to park. (We got this fee waived only after pointing out what Trip Advisor advertised.) The floor was seriously dirty And the smell in the room was disgusting (moldy, humid) And the a/c simply needs to be cleaned. It also smelled. -after the stay we had to wash and clean all out clothe because of the smell.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, it wasn't as close to the beach as we thought it would be, but it was close to the LAX airport.

Nice motel, horrible service 💩 We were due to fly 13 hours the next day so chose this hotel located close to the airport. We had booked a room with 2 Full Beds for the 4 adults staying. On arrival, the hotel informed us that they had run out of 2 bed rooms so provided us with a King Room with a tiny pull out sofa as a substitute. We returned to the front desk to explain how we really weren’t happy and requested either another room for the second couple or an alternative 2 Full Bed room at one of their several hotels nearb... read more

I didn’t expect to be like that. No iron in the room, no paper cups, no coffeee maker. Didn’t have any basic needs at all. Never stay in this hotel again

Bee bugs Got ate up by bed bugs, staff unfriendly rude ...not helpful
