Terrible Hotel Experience First of all, it does not have a shuttle to the airport, although it is advertised that if has one. You need to fork $19 x 2= $38 for a taxi ride. The quality is that of a motel. The breakfast is a coffee and a muffin. Rooms are basic.

It’s close of everything and the airport. but... There are some homeless/strangers by the stairs that you don’t know if they are in that hotel or watching around. The door in the room seems like not secure enough.

There are better choices in LAX airport Lobby service was very bad! Steps, walkways dirty. Rooms clean.

Frustrated It was very frustrating to not have any dishes in the kitchen and not have been told that when we checkedn in. Also, was not provided an internet code when we checkedn in.

RUDE EMPLOYEES Went to check in and there was no one there I called and the receptionist was rude. No allowing me to check in. I will be contacting my bank to reject payment.

Horrible! My daughter was being sent off to boot camp the following day so i figured we would stay at the hotel for time got there around 7:00pm the night before and nobody was minding the front. Finally after several minutes a receptionist came and was not only rude but really irritable. She couldn't locate my reservations and I told her that it was already paid for through Expedia. Staff was wonderful! Our room smelled of body odor and cat urine. Room was clean enough to be acceptable but the smell was horrid.

Sucked I arrived late night for check in and nobody was at the front desk. The lobby door was locked and the late check in phone outside just kept ringing with no answer so I ended up waiting for about 1.5 hours and still nobody arrived. When I booked the room it didn’t say anything about a 15.00 parking fee, it wasn’t like a hotel downtown or valet parking, it was a regular big parking lot, room didn’t have shampoo and conditioner like most, probably wouldn’t stay again I don’t like hidden charges
