Unpleasant Experience Hotels.com listed the hotel as having free parking but it does not. In addition, the hotel did not feel clean-it had a old cigarette smell in the room and felt dingy. Half of the parking lot was under construction so we were lucky to get the very last space when we arrived. And, the walls were thin so we could hear everything in the rooms next to us. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its proximity to the airport.

Bugs and roaches Tub is clogged, room is full of cockroaches and other bugs... Left over ice cream in the fridge from the guest prior. And the room was not cleaned during my stay. Do I even need to go any further???

dead bug on the floor in the room .. keys are defective — took 20 times before it worked .. — Should have known ... even front desk had to try 8 keys before one worked .. went to the door and did not work for more then 20 times..

prepaid guaranteed room was overbooked and was not able to check in. They did not bother to make any referral either.

I arrived really late, I am alone. I had a lot of lymph nodes removed I can't lift. I went to my room was there for an hour went back down to get my stuff out of my car and they towed it. The girl at the front fest told me where to park, I am going through a hard time and this just added fuel to the fire. The office did not care. I asked for a weakened up call it never came I was late for a important meeting. Horrible The pictures are decievng. There is no elevator to the third floor. There was a homeless man walking around the parking lot. You have to go to the front desk for dishes for the room. I guess they are afraid someone will steal them. Once tge front desk saw I was black they were unfriendly. Tge shower curtin had mold. There was no trash can in the room I won't be going back

Way overpriced for sparse accommodations. Loud, irritating bathroom fan. Not even basic glasses/cups in the kitchen or bathroom. No coffee or tea supplies. No shower curtain liner. No window curtain privacy liner. No grab bars for safety. Skimpy bath mat. Not one easy chair. Small TV. Minimum channels.
