Pleasant stay It was good. Michael at front desk was very pleasant. He greeted us everytime. Good service!

For TV service is poor dirty and sticky surface There was carpet in the Room I hate carpets because they full of germs and bacteria that.... I don't know why but housekeepers don't clean surface, I buy Clorox wipe and wipe down the side table by the bed the table and chairs they were dirty and sticky the tv Service is horrible you have about 3 good station to watch HBO TNT HALLMARK & USA the kitchen area is very dirty the refrigerator have mildew and mold

I could not access the wifi. I called the tech # , since i didn't want to purchase anything, i was disconnected.

The room was clean and spacious. The tv controller was missing and the tv reception only gave us 3 channels. The maintenance man fixed the tv and gave us a controller. The stove was broken. the maintenance man, Louise, fixed it. So it took us a while before we had privacy and a working kitchen.
