Check in was a bit of a problem, reservation wasn't located plus there was a charge in error. It was taken care of quickly however, without too much of a delay. Also shower nozzle leaked pretty bad but it was resolved relatively quickly. The condition of the room was ok but needed some TLC.

No comment , It was ok thats all I can say. The hall way is a little dark needs more lights, especially when the guests come at night so it won’t be so dark but rather than it was ok

I would have like to have had a closer elevator to my room. Your hotel only has one elevator for all patrons. I am an elderly person with some physical problems.

Mediocre stay When you entered the hotel to the check in desk, carpet was extremely dirty. Staff was friendly. Our room was ok, areas that needed to be cleaned much better, especially closet floor area, carpet looked as if they hadn't shampooed in ages. The facility is mediocre. Also, it's called extended stay, you have some people who use it as their home.
