Great staff who understands your situation without asking too much. Items were fixed promptly when questioned (we had a minor shower/bath problem). The hvac unit is a tad outdated though.

Vending machines out of order. Wrong address in description. Eventually found property with some detours.

Dog friendly I was able to bring my large breed dog and was glad the room was tiled vs carpet. My dog is clean and housebroken, but you never know about others
