I love the hotel It was very nice i did wish we cud stay 1 more day.. near shops, santa anita mall and movie theatre

Low cost hotel Was unable to get the shower working after repeated complaints. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Clean but noisy It was ok. Clean but the didnt sleep well because of the noise on the hallway/outside.

Making a negative into a positive I had a not so great experience the evening before. I went to check out the next day and I wasn't going to say anything further just going to go to a different hotel that night. The lady at the desk asked me how everything was I hesitated and then I told her about a not a very good experience in the room. She then took it upon herself to correct the situation.
