Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm. They said it would be 20 minutes. After 20 they said they were going to upgrade us to the suite but we needed to wait another 20. When we get in the room it was way to big for the 2 of us and the room was dirty. The carpet was grimy and everything was sucky. I had wipes and I clean the tables and high touch areas that were dirty. Bed was nice and sheets felt clean.
