The staff is what made the stay worth it, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Everyone had a smile and were friendly. The bed had a slight stiffness to it, which is how I enjoy sleeping, so if that’s not your “cup of tea” your experience might be different.

Never again I would not stay there again. Very old and dirty rooms. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, and the hallway smelled like dog poo.

Customer service was lacking. Asked to check in 50 min early and was told no. No explanation when keys were given as to where my room was and what door was best to park near. I know its the generation of hires with no personality or social skills anymore but still very disappointing. Trash cans outside are all full and couldnt empty out my car after traveling for the day. Hotel smells of weed terribly. I dont normally complain but this hotel visit isnt all that it appears when booking.
