Dirty hotel Customer service was perfect! But the cleaning of the building is very bad lobby counters was dirty and unorganized, floors are very dirty elevators walls and floors vey dirty. The room was clean but when I pull the blankets to lay down and sleep there was a mask from the previous customer under the blankets!

LOUD MOUTHS R DISRESPECTFUL Good size suite that was clean and smelt clean. Only problem was other guests on the second floor slamming doors and talking LOUD SO EVERYONE KNOWS THEIR BUSINESS till 4am!! Everything else was PeeChee!😁

The staff was awesome helpful. It was safe at all times, unfortunately I got sick sometime after I left. I am not sure if I was exposed to COVID 19, but knew it was a risk. I just want let them know to be aware that there might have been some exposure.

Enjoyable stay Very good stay Andre was very accommodating with my late check in. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Customer service was lacking. Asked to check in 50 min early and was told no. No explanation when keys were given as to where my room was and what door was best to park near. I know its the generation of hires with no personality or social skills anymore but still very disappointing. Trash cans outside are all full and couldnt empty out my car after traveling for the day. Hotel smells of weed terribly. I dont normally complain but this hotel visit isnt all that it appears when booking.
