Dirty hotel Customer service was perfect! But the cleaning of the building is very bad lobby counters was dirty and unorganized, floors are very dirty elevators walls and floors vey dirty. The room was clean but when I pull the blankets to lay down and sleep there was a mask from the previous customer under the blankets!
LOUD MOUTHS R DISRESPECTFUL Good size suite that was clean and smelt clean. Only problem was other guests on the second floor slamming doors and talking LOUD SO EVERYONE KNOWS THEIR BUSINESS till 4am!! Everything else was PeeChee!😁

The staff was awesome helpful. It was safe at all times, unfortunately I got sick sometime after I left. I am not sure if I was exposed to COVID 19, but knew it was a risk. I just want let them know to be aware that there might have been some exposure.
Enjoyable stay Very good stay Andre was very accommodating with my late check in. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Very disorganized and poor service Not a good service, I arrived at 3:40 pm at the hotel and they told me the room isn’t ready so I have to wait around 20 minutes, the next day before I go out, I went to the front desk and I told the person in the desk to clean the room and replaced some of the towels for clean ones and he answered yes don’t worry, I got back in the evening and they didn’t service the room, so I went to the front desk and asked why they didn’t clean the room and the receptionist answered oh I needed to put t... read more

Have to Settle for Less when Traveling with a Pet We were traveling with our pet for the first time. The accommodations were as expected. We were on the first floor, and it's a non-smoking room. But either our neighbors were smoking, or there were smokers standing just outside our window (in the parking lot), because our room and all of our things smelled of cigarette smoke.
