Bad accessibility , great customer service tho The room was clean but I came here with my boyfriend who is in a wheelchair . We had an accessibility bathroom which the front desk attendant was very sweet and changed us over to. The seat in the shower is super sleepy so my boyfriend fell off the chair smh . I’m not super strong so I couldn’t get him back in his wheel chair by myself . I went for help and the other front desk attendant said she was the only one there but she would love to help . I didn’t like that there were no disposable cups/glasses in room. Or not even an ice bucket.

Fantastic budget Accomodations! Always a great stay here at Extended Stay. There was a little mixup with your room at the beginning, but the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful it was fixed in no time! Great budget accommodations, the beds are super comfortable. Until next time!

The location is great because it’s in a business center district. Not too many traffic and very close to and from the freeways. The not so likes the building is getting dated so as the rooms. Great mini Kitchener but visible wear was showing. My room was clean but there were hair in the shower as well as the toilet seat. The staff is excellent greeted and very hospitable.

Very quiet. Was able to rest well here. Was not able to hear the traffic on I 10 like I thought we were going to encounter.
