nightmare breakfast is terrible,coffee and breakfast bar?its a joke..room is old and smelly like mold..i will not stay in that place anymore

Breakfast I would not recommend the stay for my diabetic friends. For the price of a room, there should've been more of a breakfast selection. Diabetics cannot eat the breakfast they serve, diabetics like myself were not put into consideration or thought. The choices were Nature Valley granola bars & flavored oatmeal. They did not milk or half & half for the coffee, only Coffee Mate non dairy creamer & not everybody likes it. They sucked on the breakfast & coffee.

Misleading description of "continental breakfast" The summary of the hotel that I read described a "continental breakfast" each morning. This was misleading to say the least. Normally, I would expect a continental breakfast to perhaps have some bagels, pastries, coffee, juice, maybe some fresh fruit. However they actually had was a tiny table in the lobby with coffee, and then some pre-packaged muffins and a handful of granola bars. I booked a non smoking room but when I got there they didn't have any left so I had to take a smoking room since no other hotel in the area had rooms left. It smelled gross, I hid my head under the sheet all night. Will never stay here again .

double booked As I went to check in I was informed the room that I booked online was no longer available. I asked Alyssa how can that be and she told me that other sites have it listed as well and don't always show up in their system that they are full. Now, I have a 1yr old baby and no non-smoking room except a suite with a king bed which they are charging me $100 more to upgrade. she didn't apologize or offer to upgrade at no charge since it was their fault. i had to ask her repeatedly if I can get the same price as I paid... read more

No professionalism. I reached the hotel for check in but they surprised me by saying they cannot give me a room because they had an emergency. After a lot of argument they gave me a a room in another branch approx 17 miles away. It took me another 40 Mins to reach there and I had been up since 5.00am. It was already 10.30pm. When u reached the other hotel, I had a bigger surprise for me. The hotel Libby was stinking, the elevators were terrible and stinking more and the corridors were a horror. Terrible experience Several other rooms near mine were occupied by people partying all night and hotel staff did nothing about it

Staft was ok. The carpets in the hallways smell of dog urine and are badly stained also in the room, not so stinky but with dirty spots. Bed was not too bad, pillows are old and lumpy. Also if I wanted clean towels every day I had to bring dirty towels downstairs and ask for new ones. I was informed there is no housekeeping for the rooms. the so called continental breakfast was very disappointing, coffee was terrible. My last day I was locked out the room at 9:00 am.
